 Note: All money is refundable from Carnival and other cruise lines up until final payment date which varies from 60 to 75 days prior to the cruise sail date.

For illness of you or family member or death in the family AFTER final payment, travel protection insurance would refund your cruise cost.

Ask me for details on our great coverage through Access America. Prices will be sent to you with an insurance policy overview once you deposit. Cancel for any reason insurance is also available.

Cruise Planners requires a $25 cancellation service fee per person IF you change or cancel your reservation  after making your deposit .

IF you buy travel protection insurance (which is VERY reasonable), you could cancel due to a medical reason - either you or family member too ill to travel OR death in the family at ANY time AFTER final payment was made and get your money back. I recommend you NEVER travel withbout travel protection insurance! Things happen!

 Most cruise lines reserve the right to reinstate fuel surcharges if the price of oil goes back up to $65/$70 a barrel. Port charges and government fees are also subject to change at any time.
