Carnival Fantasy Fall cruise from Monday, Nov. 10- Saturday, Nov. 15, 2008. This cruise departs from New Orleans and visits historic Progresso, Mexico (many archaeological sites nearby) and beautiful Cozumel, Mexico with its turquoise blue waters.

Group is open to anyone and you do NOT have to know the group leaders! 

(Isabel and Larry have cruised many times and are great "leaders" if you are interested in doing things/excursions with a group. They always have a great time wherever they go! However, you can choose your own dining time and not ever even see them if you'd prefer to just take advantage of the group rates and reduced deposits that are available with these group rates.

All prices below include all port charges, gov't fees, taxes, and fuel surcharges. OPTIONAL travel insurance and prepaid tips are not included in the price, but may be added if you wish.

This will be one of the first sailings AFTER the refurbishment  of the Fantasy duing Sept 08. All its lido deck will be completley renovated with the new Evolutions of Fun enhancements added. Great new pool decks and areas including one pool aft for adults only - the "serenity pool".

INTERIOR 4A (lowest passenger deck) $382.56 per person

Interior 4B (2nd passenger deck up) $422.56 per person

Interior 4E (Verandah deck/ 1 deck above pool area and buffet/great location) $452.66 per person

Ocean View 6A  $442.56 per person (lowest passenger deck)

Ocean View 6B  $482.56 (2nd passenger deck up)

$25 per person deposit needed on the rooms above ASAP, then pay in 2 installments in July and December.

You can book either a certain room (choose an exact room# that is available OR take a gamble on a guarantee hoping to get an upgrade to a higher deck.) I do not recommend the 4A's or 6A's on the guarnatee IF you definitely do not want to be way forward or way aft - that would be a POSSIBLITY. If you booked a 4B or 6B guarantee, though, it would not be a problem (in my opinion) to be way forward or way aft as long as you are on atleast the 2nd passenger deck up.)

Balcony room in a category 11 demis-suite on the Verandah deck (deck above pools/ buffet)  $862.56 per person

These rooms are on room assignment only and you would need to book ASAP to get a good location. I only have 2 in my group space. These rooms require full $200 deposit per person to book. They have a mini-refrigerator, larger room, small sofa and small balcony. Fantastic views from these!

$25 deposits per person are available only till May 5th or maybe later depending on # rooms deposited.

Must pay atleast $350 on stateroom no later than July 14 with remaining balance by Sept. 5.

The Carnival Fantasy will go into dry dock in Sept. 08 for a complete refurbishment including the new Carnival Evloutions of Fun with redesigned pool areas, etc.Its first sailing out of New Orleans after this complete refurbishment will be Oct. 4, 2008.

PASSPORT Deadline has been changed again-  See www.travel.state.gov or www.getapassportnow.com . You can now cruise without a passport until June 1, 2009.

However, I still highly recommend them in case you had an emergency and had to fly home from a non US port! Passports are good for 10 years! Some cruise lines require them regardless of the State Department's "new" date. Be safe - get a passport - it's good for 10 years! It's taking less than 4 weeks now to obtain them generally speaking.
